The civil engineering program is considered one of the most prominent educational and research programs that offers the bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, which works to develop and advance society to lead locally, regionally, and internationally. The program offers different specializations in the the fields of civil engineering: construction, public works, irrigation, hydraulics, as well as port engineering and coastal protection.

We work hard to provide an educational environment that encourages thinking and creativity, and we seek to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies that will enable you to achieve success in various engineering fields. The department also plays an active role in community participation through the accumulated experiences of professors, administrators, technicians and researchers and through the civil engineering laboratories and the center for Engineering Studies and Consultations.
