The meeting commenced with the National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China, followed by the National Anthem of the Arab Republic of Egypt, reflecting mutual respect and cooperation
Prof. Dr. Hatem Khater – Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, delivered a comprehensive presentation to the delegation, highlighting the faculty’s capabilities, including material resources such as laboratories, lecture halls, and research facilities, as well as human resources represented by faculty members and teaching assistants. The presentation also covered student activities in innovation and entrepreneurship, alongside the faculty’s contributions to scientific research and community service
Engineering students showcased distinguished projects and innovations, while faculty members and teaching assistants presented several research points to the Chinese delegation. The session was attended by Prof. Dr. El-Saeed Abdelhady, President of Horus University, and Prof. Dr. Magda Nasr, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, with discussions focusing on opportunities for international cooperation in innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer.
