Under the patronage of Prof. Ibrahim Saber, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. El-Saeed Abdelhady, President of the University, and Prof. Hatem Khater, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Maher Rashad, Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, and supervised by Asst. Prof. Moataz Mostafa, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit and Head of Horus University’s delegation to China, the international summer training program continued at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).
The second day of the program, Tuesday 7 July 2026, included a Communicative Chinese lecture aimed at developing students’ communication skills in Chinese, followed by a field visit to Chengdu CRobotics Technology, where students explored advanced robotics technologies and modern industrial applications.
Mechanical and electrical engineering students participated under the supervision of Eng. Mohamed El-Hadidi, accompanied by 10 students, while electronic engineering students trained under Eng. Abdelrahman El-Gohar, accompanied by 3 students.
This program reflects the strong academic partnership between Horus University and UESTC and the Faculty of Engineering’s commitment to providing distinguished international training opportunities that enhance students’ skills and prepare them for both local and global labor markets.
