Scientific Day of the Basic Science Department at Horus University
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Saber – Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Horus University
and Prof. Dr. El-Said Abdel Hady – President of Horus University,
and supervised by Prof. Dr. Hatem Khater – Dean of the Faculty of Engineering,
the Scientific Day of the Basic Science Department at Horus University – Faculty of Engineering was successfully held.
Prof. Dr. El-Said Abdel Hady delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging attendees to exert their utmost efforts for success and highlighting the importance of international agreements in advancing the university’s mission.
Prof. Dr. Hatem Khater delivered a speech in which he warmly welcomed the President of the University, vice-deans, heads of departments, faculty members, and teaching assistants. He addressed the students with heartfelt words, emphasizing his role as a father figure before being a leader and educator. He urged them to focus on practical studies, enhance their personal skills through the faculty’s diverse programs, and actively participate in student groups to build distinguished personalities capable of excelling and standing out.
